Returns and Exchanges


I highly value creating quality pieces, and I am mindful of this during the process. I will not create and sell a mala that does not meet my high standards.

That said, things happen, and I want to make your experience the best possible.

If something arrives to you and it is not what you expected, please send me an email within 48 hours and let me know. Communication is key. I’m here to help, but I need to know about the situation in order to work with you to find a solution.


If you need to return an item, please contact me first to inform me about the situation (size, not what you expected – please be specific, etc). Once we are in touch and I approve the return, please return it, in original condition and packaging, within 30 calendar days.

Unless it is an issue of damage, you are responsible for all return shipping fees (including insurance on the package whichyou must have).

Once the item is received and condition is confirmed, the refund, exchange, or repair will be initiated.

Custom Orders

Customer orders may or may not be eligible for return, depending on the order. Please reach out and we’ll discuss.


If you order something and it needs to be repaired within 6 months, I will cover the cost (shipping and supplies) if it is deemed that the item was properly cared for and damage was not a result of rough handling, wearing in the shower or to sleep, etc.

After 6 months, if repair is needed, you will be responsible for shipping and insurance, as well as repair fees ($20+, depending on the situation).
